Sphere Abacus has brokered a deal for Yeti Television’s Surviving the London Nail Bombings to stream on Prime Video in the U.K. and Ireland.
The 90-minute doc provides an eyewitness account of the far-right attacks on London communities over three weeks in April 1999.
“This feature documentary delivers intimate accounts from many of the innocent people whose lives were affected by the vicious attacks that shocked London more than 25 years ago,” said Will Stapley, global content director at Sphere Abacus. “It candidly shows viewers that acts of terror don’t simply end when the bombs have detonated, but have continuing and life-changing consequences for many years afterward.”
Siân Price, EP at Yeti, added, “The courage and resilience of those who survived these terrible attacks is both inspiring and humbling. This documentary packs a real emotional punch but carries an uplifting message that ultimately there is more that unites than divides us.”
