Properties from across the Bomanbridge Media factual portfolio have found slots throughout Europe and North America, including a lineup of conservation and sustainability titles being acquired by EarthX in the U.S.
The package encompasses 45 hours ahead of Earth Day, including Valley of the Bears and Natures Calendar. APT opted for Greenland, while CBC in Canada landed the four-part The Climate Restorers. Also in Canada, the Knowledge channel went for a five-title deal that includes the presenter -led version of Greenland and several arts docs.
European deals include Italy’s Rai 5 scoring a ten-hour wildlife package with DocLights titles. Rai also bought the one-hour doc Frida Kahlo. RTVE secured a wildlife package that includes Doclights’ Babies—A Wild Welcome. In Portugal, TVI also went for wildlife with nine hours, including World’s Wildest. Cutting the Line was acquired by TV3 Catalunya. Hidden Secrets of the Adriatic was acquired by ARTE in France. Several Exhibition on Screen arts titles are headed to ZDF and 3Sat. Hearst Networks opted for The Lost Secrets of Jesus.
Bomanbridge Media also shored up deals in CEE, with Viasat Explore licensing Texas Gator Savers and Viasat History buying Hidden Secrets of the Adriatic and The Lost Secrets of Jesus.
Meanwhile, in Türkiye, GTZ took a 70-hour package of content across a mix of genres.
