Marquee TV, a streamer delivering dance, opera, theatre, and contemporary music content, has sealed a pact with Qwest TV, the platform founded by the late Quincy Jones.
Beginning September 1, Marquee TV subscribers will have access to a range of jazz, soul, global music, and contemporary performance films. The deal covers a total of 50 titles, including Tribute to Roy Ayers featuring Robert Glasper Experiment, Pete Rock and Stefon Harris; Gregory Porter – Liquid Spirit; Brad Mehldau Trio; Cécile McLorin Salvant; Avishai Cohen Quintet; Hiromi’s Sonicwonder; Kokoroko; Salif Keita; Youssou N’Dour & Le Super Étoile de Dakar; Femi Kuti & The Positive Force; and the Quincy Jones: 85th Birthday Celebration.
