Woodcut Media has tapped Miles Jarvis to fill the newly created role of director of creative partnerships, effective immediately.
Working closely with CEO Kate Beal, Jarvis has been enlisted to develop existing and new IP across broadcast, digital, and live events, while also creating licensing and merchandising opportunities. He was a founding partner at Phoenix Television and previously worked at ITV Studios.
“I’m hugely excited to be joining Kate and being part of a much larger operation with such a strong international footprint,” Jarvis said. “I’ve long-admired how Woodcut has been flourishing—commercially and creatively. Joining such a positive and collaborative team will allow me to do my very best work and to build and nurture successful creative partnerships.”
Beal added, “Having known Miles for many years and always admiring his compelling work from afar, we are delighted to have him join our team. Miles has a rare entrepreneurial instinct combined with a genuine understanding of what makes brilliant content, and that combination is exactly what Woodcut needs as we continue to evolve and extend into exciting new areas of growth.”
