Created by Taskmaster’s Alex Horne, Your Time Starts Now has secured a commission at Channel 4 following a successful pilot.
The play-at-home game show has secured an eight-episode order at the British broadcaster. It will see teams of five friends and family members from across the U.K. competing against each other without leaving their homes.
Tom Beck, head of live events and commissioning editor at Channel 4, said, “The pilot delivered laughter, warmth, comedy and families arguing over why they’d failed to nail an obviously ludicrous task. It’s joyful! Roll on the series.”
Andy Devonshire, director and EP, added: “Time waits for no one, so you may as well be doing tasks. This is a chance for everyone to have a go without leaving the house.”
