Culture CAP7 Fund, an investment fund managed by Blackpearl Capital Management targeted at the Spanish audiovisual sector, has acquired Onza Entertainment.
This is the first investment for the fund, backed by the Sociedad Estatal para la Transformación Tecnológica (SETT) and various investors. It has a target size of €60 million euros.
Culture CAP7 Fund said that with the investment, “We become the ideal financial partner for companies looking to lead the transformation of our country’s audiovisual sector.
