CANAL+ and STUDIOCANAL have joined forces for a new unit entirely dedicated to comedy across feature-length movies, series and short films.
Bureau de la Comédie is the first cross-functional unit between CANAL+ and STUDIOCANAL and aims to build on the success of the genre on the platform and at the box office with a unified structure.
The unit is being led by Jérémie Khiat, reporting to Jean-Marc Juramie, deputy CEO of CANAL+ France, in charge of programs and channels, and Anna Marsh, CEO of STUDIOCANAL, for feature film co-productions. He has held senior roles at both CANAL+ and STUDIOCANAL.
