AMC Networks has set a fifth season of its acclaimed drama Dark Winds ahead of the release of season four later this month on AMC and AMC+.
The eight-part fourth season premieres on February 15. Production on season five begins in Santa Fe, New Mexico, in March for launch in 2027.

The series is based on Tony Hillerman’s Leaphorn & Chee books.
