DCD Rights’ crime drama The Last to Disappear has secured presales with ITV for the U.K. and Acorn TV for North America.
A key highlight on the company’s MIPCOM slate, The Last to Disappear is based on the best-selling novel by Jo Spain and produced by Newgrange Pictures in co-production with Yellow Film & TV for Elisa Viihde.
With a cast that includes Sam Keeley, Oona Airola and Thea Sofie Loch Næss, it follows an Irish lobbyist working in London who finds out his sister accidentally drowned while working at a luxury resort in Lapland. It joins Fortitude Valley and An Impossible Way to Die on the company’s MIPCOM scripted slate.
