Following a previously announced investment agreement, MFE-MediaForEurope has taken a 32.9% stake in Portuguese media group Impresa, becoming its second-largest shareholder.

Mediaset España has appointed Mario Rodríguez, who has been with the company for almost three decades, as its new president.
