Ahead of the Asian Academy Creative Awards next month, a host of creators and media executives from the region will convene for the National Winners Conference (NWC) 2025, a two-day summit focused on streaming, short-form and deal-making.
Taking place on December 3 and 4 in Singapore, the NWC will feature 15 sessions, 76 speakers in total, exploring the national winners of this year’s Asian Academy Creative Awards. The region-wide winners will be announced at a gala ceremony in Singapore on December 4.
“NWC represents a unique convergence of Asia Pacific’s creative excellence,” said Fiona McKay, CEO of Asian Academy Creative Awards and producer of NWC 2025. “Where else can you find this concentration of award-winning talent ready to share their insights, forge partnerships and shape the future of Asian content? We’ve created a platform for industry transformation through meaningful dialogue and strategic networking.”
Beverley McGarvey, chairperson of the Asian Academy Creative Awards, president of Network 10 and head of streaming and regional lead at Paramount Australia and New Zealand, delivers an opening keynote address on day one. The day wraps with the “In the Deal Room” session, where producers get insights from buyers, commissioners and distributors. Day two features panels with directors, producers and actors.
Confirmed participants include executives from All3Media, Banijay, Lightning International, 04 Media, Fifth Season, COL, Ochre, RisingJoy, Paramount Global, Viu, Prime Video, Vidio and more.
