Little Dot Studios has made a series of leadership appointments as it scales for long-term growth.
Will Ingham has been upped to chief creative officer, a newly created group-wide role, expanding his remit beyond the company’s specialist sport and branded content production agency, WING
Camilla Eden-Davies has been elevated to CMO from group commercial marketing director, another newly created post.
Dino Burbridge has been tapped as interim chief innovation officer, working across Little Dot Studios, WING and History Hit. The innovation remit runs across creative, commercial, technological, and operational areas of the business.
The company has also expanded the role of Holly Graham, now chief commercial and strategy officer. Collaborating with CEO Dan Jones, Graham will help the growth strategy for the next five years.
Tessa Ingham, co-founder and formerly COO at WING, has been promoted to MD of the division.
Jones said, “As we pick up speed into 2026, the momentum across the business globally is hugely exciting, with amazing work already being produced and released, products being developed and launched, and new, more effective ways of working being rolled out. Alongside delivering on our plans for this year, we’ve also been spending a lot of time planning for the longer-term future of the group. These leadership appointments are a key part of that. Creativity, brand, and innovation sit at the heart of everything we do, and bringing those disciplines together at a senior level ensures we continue to challenge ourselves as we scale. Combined with Holly’s expanded remit, these changes further strengthen our leadership team and position us brilliantly as we plan the next chapter of Little Dot Studios’ growth.”
