The Swan, the controversial makeover series that ran for one season on FOX in 2004, is being explored in a new series from Expectation for Hulu.
“The inside story of the most controversial reality series of all time, the people behind it, and the women whose lives were changed by it forever,” is the logline from Hulu about the as-yet-untitled show.
Erin Lee Carr, whose credits include Perfect Wife: The Mysterious Disappearance of Sherri Papini, Fanatical: The Catfishing of Tegan and Sara, and Trophy Wife: Murder on Safari, is set to direct and produce the project. Colin Barr (Hell Jumper) will helm for Expectation TV.
