KC Global Media Distribution arrives at Filmart in Hong Kong with a brand-new acquisition: the food series Eat with Xiami, currently streaming on Bilibili.
Hosted by Foodie Xia and Chef Mi, the food and travel series encompasses 11 episodes; the first six explore Chengdu’s Sichuan cuisine, while the remaining episodes venture to Yibin, Chongqing, and Tokyo. Future episodes will explore other parts of Asia.
The series hails from Xiami Video, with KC Global Media Distribution scoring the rights via a deal facilitated by filmmaker and producer Barbara Lee, founder of the Racial Equity Screen Office (RESO), based in Canada.
