Bettina Josmann has been elevated to head of development at Redseven Entertainment, a Seven.One Studios subsidiary.
Reports directly to Redseven CEO Jobst Benthues, Josmann has been part of Redseven’s development department since 2024, most recently serving as executive producer of development, focus on factual formats. Josmann previously was with south&browse GmbH, Caligari Entertainment and G.A.T.
“For me, this is a task with a lot of momentum: I am grateful for the trust placed in me and look forward to working with the company’s creative talents to develop new stories and formats with long-term success,” Josmann said.
Benthues noted: “Bettina knows our company, she understands the market, and she brings proven expertise in the field of factual programming. She has also been working in program development for almost 30 years. With nearly 30 years of experience in program development, she is the ideal candidate for this role. We are delighted to have her on board, and the first results of her work will be visible before the end of the year.”
