ITV has ordered a third season of The Assembly, based on the CAN’T STOP media-distributed The A Talks format.
The show features interviewers who are autistic, neurodivergent, and/or learning-disabled, quizzing an array of celebrity guests. Season three will feature six half-hour episodes.
The Assembly has been streamed 6.9 million times on ITVX, reaching more than 10 million viewers across ITV channels and ITVX. On YouTube, it has logged 2 million views. Rockerdale Studios produces The Assembly.
Katie Rawcliffe, director of entertainment, reality and daytime commissioning at ITV, said, “We’re immensely proud of this series. The Assembly takes the celebrities and viewers on a complete rollercoaster ride—it really is a show where you have to expect the unexpected.”
CAN’T STOP media’s The A Talks, which originated as the French series Les Rencontres du Papotin, airs in 20 territories, including Canada, Australia, and Brazil.
The U.K. version qualifies for ITV’s Diversity Commissioning Spend.
