We Will Dance Again Lands on Rete 4

The award-winning documentary We Will Dance Again has been acquired in Italy by Mediaset’s Rete 4.

Produced by SIPUR Studios, Bitachon 365, and MGM Television, the film is premiering in Italy around the third anniversary of the October 7 Hamas attack. The broadcaster acquired the film from global distributor Osmosis.

It was made in partnership with HOT8, BBC Storyville and See It Now Studios for Paramount+. It will air as part of Rete 4’s weekly magazine programming.

The film was previously bought by BBC One, Movistar+ in Spain and RTL1 in Germany.

“Three years after October 7th, the continued international journey of We Will Dance Again is both deeply meaningful and vitally important,” said Emilio Schenker, CEO of SIPUR Studios. “The film preserves the testimony of those who were at Nova and gives audiences an unflinching record of what happened. We are grateful to Mediaset, Rete 4 and Osmosis for helping bring this essential work to viewers across Italy.”

Eli Shibley, president of Osmosis, said,  “The Italian premiere of We Will Dance Again on Rete 4 is an ideal next step in the world tour of this award-winning film. Crafted with deep empathy and unimpeachable journalistic rigor, the film has become the defining account of the Nova Music Festival massacre, and we couldn’t be more proud to be a part of its global journey.”
