Jeff Shultz, former chief strategy and business development officer at Paramount Streaming, has been tapped to lead Radial Entertainment as CEO.
Radial houses the FilmRise and Shout! Studios brands and is owned by funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management. Shultz takes the reins at the beginning of 2026, succeeding Garson Foos, co-founder of Shout! Studios, who will join Danny Fisher on the board as executive chairman.

Shultz was chief business officer of Pluto TV through its acquisition by Viacom and helped to craft the streaming at Paramount.
