Boat Rocker Studios’ Dino Ranch: Island Explorers is set to launch on Amazon Kids+ in the U.S. on April 22.
“We couldn’t be more excited to share Dino Ranch: Island Explorers with U.S. audiences on Amazon Kids+,” said Jon Rutherford, president of global content and rights at Boat Rocker Studios. “Dino Ranch is a hugely successful brand for Boat Rocker, and we can’t wait to see how global families connect with this new series.”
“Dino Ranch: Island Explorers brings back the characters kids love and takes them to new cinematic heights,” said Josh Mandel, senior executive for development and production at Amazon Kids+. “We can’t wait for our customers to discover all the new worlds, creatures, and adventures the show has to offer.”
The series premiered on CBC, CBC Gem, and CBC Kids YouTube late last year and lands on ICI TÉLÉ, ICI TOU.TV, and Radio-Canada.ca in September. It will also air on Amazon Kids+ in the U.K., Canada, Japan, and Germany, and on Warner Bros. Discovery’s Cartoonito across EMEA. It was created by Matthew Fernandes, Industrial Brothers’ co-founder, and is produced by Industrial Brothers and Boat Rocker Studios. Boat Rocker manages content distribution and consumer products.
The original Dino Ranch was licensed to more than 170 markets, while its English and Spanish YouTube channels have more than 1 billion combined views.
