Ben’s World, Fauna Entertainment’s original music series for kids that first launched on YouTube, will be available across 45 countries via Gulli Africa.
Featuring an Afrobeats and R&B soundtrack, the 50×2-minute series first launched on YouTube and YouTube Kids, then was licensed to Learn360, an educational content platform serving schools across the U.S., Canada, and international markets.
“Ben’s World was created from the beginning as a digital-first brand with the potential to travel far beyond digital platforms,” said Emre Aksoy, CBO of Fauna Entertainment. “Seeing Ben move from YouTube into thousands of classrooms and now onto television screens across 45 African countries is an exciting validation of that strategy. Most importantly, it gives Ben’s stories and music the opportunity to connect with an entirely new generation of children and families.”
The series is Fauna’s third digital-first original following Kukuli and Giligilis, which have gone on to secure carriage in 80-plus markets and spawned more than 100 licensed products.
