MIPJunior will host more than 20 public broadcasters for a closed-door, invitation-only discussion on the kids’ animation sector in an initiative led by VRT Ketnet and Yle.
Participants will include the BBC (U.K.), RTP (Portugal), RTS (Switzerland), RTBF (French-speaking Belgium), ZDF (Germany), NRK (Norway), and RUV (Iceland), among others. Representatives from those organizations will offer insights from their markets and engage in discussions about ways they can collaborate. Local animation projects in development will be shared at the session in an effort to drive partnerships. It will take place on the Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
