HBO and HBO Max subscribers will be able to watch the Tony Award- and Olivier Award-winning play Oh, Mary!, as performed in July at the Trafalgar Theatre in London’s West End, in 2027.
Cole Escola stars and wrote the production, directed for the stage and screen by Sam Pinkleton, with a cast that includes Giles Terera, Bianca Leigh, Tony Macht, and Michael Urie. The 80-minute dark comedy tells the story of Mary Todd Lincoln in the weeks leading up to Abraham Lincoln’s assassination.

Oh, Mary! opened Off Broadway in January 2024 before transferring to Broadway’s Lyceum Theatre in July 2024. There, it became the first show in the theater’s history to gross over $1 million in a single week. It premiered on the West End in December 2025 and will launch a North American tour this month.
