New Deals for Globo’s Anything Goes

Globo’s Anything Goes, a remake of a hit telenovela from the 1980s, has expanded its reach with new deals in Chile and Peru.

The remake is already accessible to Chilean audiences via Canal 13. It rolls out to Peru in August on Panamericana. The deals follow strong ratings in Brazil, where it was viewed by more than 150 million people, becoming the most consumed telenovela in the history of Globoplay. It is also the prime-time production with the highest commercial revenue for Globo.

The series has also landed in Puerto Rico and Uruguay.

Anything Goes brings together universal elements, with memorable characters, romances, and ethical dilemmas that generate great identification with the audience,” said Pablo Ghiglione, head of sales for the Americas and APAC, and international co-productions. “We are convinced that the story will captivate Chilean and Peruvian audiences, just as it conquered the Brazilian public.”
