Ahead of releasing season four of The Lincoln Lawyer next week, Netflix has renewed the show for a fifth season.
Season four of the popular A+E Studios production lands on February 5. Across its first three, it scored 171 million views. The series was created for TV by David E. Kelley and developed by Ted Humphrey, based on the hit Michael Connelly book series. Season five will be inspired by the seventh book in the series, Resurrection Walk.
Co-showrunners and EPs Ted Humphrey and Dailyn Rodriguez told Netflix’s TUDUM: “We’re so excited to share the upcoming fourth season with the audience on February 5, and even more excited to share the news that we’re already hard at work on the next one. Season four is the most challenging and intensely personal journey we’ve taken Mickey Haller on yet, and we’re thrilled and grateful to be able to continue the ride in season five!”
