TBS Holdings-owned The Seven and The Walt Disney Company in Japan have clinched a multi-year co-development alliance for live-action original content that can be rolled out globally on Disney+.

Song of the Samurai, a live-action manga adaptation for TBS Television and U-NEXT from The Seven, will stream on HBO Max in 100-plus markets.
