Siân O'Callaghan has joined ITV Studios' Welsh label Boom as managing director, with Louise Allen and Rachel Evans tapped as creative directors.

Boxfish is producing a Brazilian version of Keshet International's game-show format BOOM! for Record.

Boom, Curve Media, South Shore, and Tŷ’r Ddraig have been awarded funding to develop ideas for series as part of the Made in Wales: Factual Entertainment initiative unveiled by BBC Wales, BBC Network, and Creative Wales at the Wales Media Summit last year.

Kisah Bawah Tanah, a new animated comedy from Animasia Studio and Spaceboy Studios, is slated to launch on Astro in Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei, and on Boom in Thailand, in 2026.
