CBC has given the greenlight to six kids' originals, new and returning, across animation and live action, including a new preschool show from Boat Rocker Studios and Industrial Brothers.

CBC/Radio-Canada has named Doug Smith, who orchestrated the Canadian launches of Paramount+ and Pluto TV when he was at Paramount, as EVP.
