BBC Select has acquired BIG Media’s six-part series Royal Gardens.
The factual streaming platform will launch the show, hosted by Professor Suzannah Lipscomb, this November. It takes audiences inside royal estates to explore their gardens. Season one was a co-production with ORF.
The deal was brokered by Emma Sparks, BIG Media’s SVP for sales and acquisitions for Europe, and Sondiyp Singh, senior acquisitions manager at BritBox by BBC.
