Paramount Skydance has submitted an updated proposal to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery.
WBD was granted a seven-day waiver from Netflix to engage with Paramount on a new proposal. The WBD board would need to judge the Paramount offer as being superior. Netflix has a four-business-day match period.
Paramount maintains its previously announced tender offer.
