This October, PBS will bring U.S. audiences a special Nature episode featuring characters from Sesame Street.
Sesame Street and the Great Elephant Adventure arrives October 14 on PBS and PBS KIDS. It will also stream on the PBS website and app, YouTube, and the PBS Kids app and website. It follows Elmo, Abby Cadabby, and Nina as they travel to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in Kenya.
“Collaborating with Sesame Workshop on this special Nature episode is an incredible opportunity to introduce young audiences to the wonder of the natural world,” said Fred Kaufman, EP for Nature. “Through Elmo and Abby’s adventure, we hope families will be inspired to explore together and to discover why protecting wildlife is so important.”
