5 has commissioned Pernel Media’s Last Resort (w.t.) for 2027, with STUDIOCANAL handling international distribution.
Caroline Quentin, Tessa Peake-Jones, Jason Watkins, and John Hannah are among the stars confirmed for the six-part drama, billed as a “deceptively dark tale of village life.” Set in a quaint seaside village, it is produced in association with Peer Pressure and STUDIOCANAL.

5 has now commissioned three scripted series from Pernel Media, with Last Resort (w.t.) joining The Au Pair and Missed Call.
