Format development outfit Signal.Stream is bringing third-party outfits into its audience-first IP-development creator network The Outsiders, with Talpa Studios on board as a founding partner.

ITV has commissioned a U.K. version of The Golden Elevators, a new quiz show from John de Mol’s Talpa Studios, with Studio Lambert producing and Richard Osman set as the host.

Talpa Studios is teaming up with Studio Lambert to develop its new in-house-developed psychological game-show format The Golden Elevators in the U.S. and the U.K.
