HBO Max has acquired Russell T Davies' Quay Street Productions drama Tip Toe from ITV Studios for 14 territories across Europe.

The BBC has shelved the Doctor Who Christmas special this year as Russell T Davies and Bad Wolf exit the show, with the long-running brand being put out to competitive tender.
