The Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery merger, with the new company operating under the Skydance brand, has closed.

David Ellison and Ynon Kreiz have confirmed the senior leadership structure for Skydance as the Paramount/Warner Bros. Discovery merger nears completion.

In a post on X, David Ellison announced that the merged Paramount/Warner Bros. Discovery—with the deal expected to close next week—will be called Skydance.

Ynon Kreiz has been named co-CEO of the merged Paramount-Warner Bros. Discovery.

Steve Totzke is stepping down as president and chief commercial officer at Mattel and will be succeeded by Sanjay Luthra, effective May 1.
