“What’s particularly exciting about Mafia is the breadth of international demand we’ve seen,” said Vanda Rapti, EVP of Viaplay Select & Content Distribution at Viaplay Group. “It reflects the enduring appeal of distinctive, character-driven storytelling rooted in authentic European histories and lived experiences, while still feeling universal and emotionally relatable to audiences globally.”
