RTÉ and the BBC are on board for a second season of the comedy series The Walsh Sisters, distributed internationally by Cineflix Rights.
Produced by Cuba Pictures, a VICE Studios company, and Metropolitan Pictures, the series is also set to stream on Stan in Australia. The show is inspired by the novels of Marian Keyes.
Stefanie Preissner is back as creative lead and writer. The new season of the critically acclaimed show is based on Keyes’ The Mystery of Mercy Close and Angels.

The new scripts are fantastic, and we can’t wait for audiences to see season two of this great Irish drama.”
