As part of its diversification strategy, Rainbow has picked up a majority stake in 247 Production, a digital entertainment company founded by Nicola Bertona and the Italian comedy duo of Andrea Pisani and Luca Peracino (PanPers).

Massimo Righini has been tapped as creative development director for TV, formats, and unscripted at Rainbow Group's live-action production outfit, Colorado Film.
