Sony Pictures Television has picked up a majority stake in 32 Flavors, Alex Baskin's non-scripted outfit that makes Vanderpump Rules, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, The Real Housewives of Orange County, and The Valley.

A U.S. adaptation of the Keshet 12 comedy Save the Date is in the works at Sony Pictures Television as part of a multi-year, first-look deal the studio has sealed with Keshet International.
