Fox Corporation has reached a deal to acquire Roku, which reaches a footprint of more than 100 million homes, with the combined company, also including Tubi, set to house one of the biggest streaming businesses in the U.S.

Roku has launched a hub purely focused on creator content and is expanding the slate of creator FAST channels on The Roku Channel.

Roku will be the North American streaming home for the inaugural Enhanced Games, an elite spots competition taking place later this month.
