Netflix has sealed another creator partnership, bringing the YouTube channels The Kevin Langue Show and Kevin Langue 2 (KL2) to the service.
The streaming giant launches a curated collection of back catalog episodes from each channel on September 5. New episodes drop day-and-date alongside YouTube going forward. Langue has built a following for guessing games and social experiments filmed with his close-knit circle of friends. He has also expanded into live entertainment with a U.S. tour that kicked off in Los Angeles as part of Netflix Is a Joke Fest.
“The fans have been the driving force behind this opportunity and to see what we’ve built now also on Netflix is incredibly special,” Langue said. “I’m just so excited to continue bringing the energy of our shows to even more people around the world!”
AXEL produces the content on both channels, which have 13.5 million followers across platforms and more than 3 billion lifetime views on YouTube.
