Media I.M. to Rep Preschool Educational Series Shape The World

Media I.M. has taken on the distribution rights outside of China to the 72×3-minute CGI musical preschool series Shape The World, produced by Momodica in Malaysia and China’s Zhejiang Joy Culture Media.

“Our approach to acquisitions is deliberate, we prioritize content that aligns with our portfolio’s high standards,” said Maria Ufland, co-founder of Media I.M. “Shape The World represents a perfect alignment of exceptional animation, a robust music strategy, and a scalable distribution model. Given the 500% growth in audio streams for our Sunny Bunnies music content over the past year, we are confident this series will resonate globally and delight audiences. We will be launching the series on Amazon Prime in North America before the end of the year through our deal with Janson Media, and will be presenting it internationally together with Zhejiang Joy Culture Media at MIPJunior in October.”

Yan Li/Lilian, CEO of Zhejiang Joy Culture Media, added, “We are delighted to see Shape The World taking another important step in its international journey. With its universal themes, engaging characters and music-led approach to early learning, we believe the series has strong potential to travel across cultures and markets. We look forward to working closely with Media I.M. and Momodica to bring Shape The World to more families around the world.”

Jun Ning, CEO of Momodica, added, “It is a great pleasure to see Shape The World begin its global journey and bring joyful, fun learning to children everywhere. Together with Media I.M. and Zhejiang Joy Culture Media, we will continue shaping quality content for kids and families.”
