Mattel has appointed current board member and former Sling and Chello Broadband chief Roger Lynch as chairman and CEO in the wake of Ynon Kreiz’s exit to join Paramount Skydance.
Lynch becomes chairman effective tomorrow and CEO on or before November 2. He has been on the Mattel board since 2018. He is the former CEO of Condé Nast and previously ran Pandora, Sling, Video Networks International, and Chello Broadband,
