Boat Rocker Studios has kicked off production on two new animated preschool series: Harlo for CBC and Puppy Pirates for Netflix.
A 2D 52×11-minute production, Harlo, formerly known as Hartford, is produced by Boat Rocker Studios and Industrial Brothers, with Industrial Brothers serving as the animation studio. The CBC commission lands in 2027, created and directed by Mike Geiger. Boat Rocker manages global content distribution, brand management, and licensing.
Set for a global launch on Netflix, the 40×11-minute Puppy Pirates is currently in production in Toronto, again from Boat Rocker Studios and Industrial Brothers, and created by Matthew Fernandes.
