The Vegesaurs preschool IP, produced by Cheeky Little Media with Studio 100 International, arrives at Licensing Expo on the heels of strong digital gains, with its first toy line arriving in Australia this summer.
With five seasons, for a total of 100 episodes, the series has rolled out to 120 territories, including with broadcasters such as ABC, BBC, France TV, KiKA, and PBS member stations.
YouTube anchors the digital strategy, delivering clips, shorts, and sing-alongs, with additional exposure on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Next month, there will be a promotional activation on Roblox, created by Freeground, Epic Story Media’s game development studio. Meanwhile, Epic Story Toys, master toy partner, debuts a toy line in Australia next month, followed by other key international markets.
Epic Story Toys is launching collectibles, plush, figures, and playsets. Macmillan leads publishing, and there are retail activations with Lidl and Okay. There is also an immersive experience, with a flagship activation in Sydney, to be followed by other markets.
Epic Story Media is the brand’s North American licensing agent.
