As it gears up to deliver coverage of the Winter Olympics on Eurosport, TNT Sports, and HBO Max in Europe, Warner Bros. Discovery has unveiled a new promo campaign with the Looney Tunes.
Live, Milan-based activations include “a hyper‑visual installation that playfully connects fans to the Olympic streaming experience on HBO Max,” as well as the Official Olympic Pin Trading Center, via a licensing collaboration between Warner Bros. Discovery, Honav USA, and the IOC. The center will be open at Via Carlo de Cristoforis 1 during the run of the games.
Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products (WBDGCP) is working with snowboarding brand Burton on a Looney Tunes–inspired collaboration. It is also collaborating with United Colors of Benetton and the IOC for a dedicated kids’ Olympic collection.
Eurosport, TNT Sports, and HBO Max, during coverage, will feature segments where Bugs Bunny appears as a guest interviewer. There will also be a Looney Tunes Watch Party across linear and digital platforms, highlighting the best moments from the games. The Looney Tunes features will air across Eurosport and Cartoon Network, appear on screens at the Pin Trading Center, and be published on digital platforms.
