Inter Medya has expanded its catalog of microdramas since entering the space last year with its first original, taking on properties from İki Dakika Creative House and the Gain platform.
Inter Medya arrived at MIPCOM with its first original microdrama, Boardroom to Bedroom, which has already notched up international sales, the company said. It premiered this week on the kami.shorts on Instagram accounts, reaching 1.4 million views within 12 hours of its release.
Inter Medya has now taken on New Generation Family and Local Kid, both produced by İki Dakika Creative House, and select rights to 16 titles from Turkish platform Gain.
On the heels of this expansion, Inter Medya is assembling an internal team dedicated to microdrama production and distribution.
