Spain had the lion’s share at 15% of the proposals, with the remainder of Europe at a share of almost 44%, led by Portugal, France, Germany, the U.K., and Ukraine. The Americas had a share of 49.1% of international submissions, namely from Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, and Brazil. The call for entries also received proposals from Asia (3.5%) and Africa (2.6%).

You can see the full list of selected projects on CONECTA’s website.

The event will also present a range of awards, including the Spain Film Commission Award, which will award €3,000 to the project that best showcases Spanish locations. The Triodos Bank Award, also worth €3,000, will be awarded to the project that best embodies the values of positive impact across the environmental, cultural, and social spheres.
