In a three-year agreement, streaming platform Begin has secured the exclusive broadcast and sublicensing rights for Serie A, Coppa Italia, and the Supercoppa Italiana in Pakistan.
The deal brings live and on-demand coverage of the Italian football league to Pakistan for the first time and adds to Begin’s growing sports portfolio, which includes LaLiga, the Saudi Pro League, the EFL/Carabao Cup, and the Spanish Supercopa.
Jonathan Mark Tatti, CEO of Begin, said, “At Begin, our ambition has always been to redefine the entertainment experience for audiences in Pakistan by bringing the world’s most sought-after content and sports properties onto a single platform. Serie A is one of football’s most iconic competitions, renowned for its rich history, legendary clubs, and global fanbase, and we are proud to bring it to audiences in Pakistan. The addition of Serie A strengthens an already unmatched portfolio and reflects our continued investment in premium content, technology and fan experiences. As Pakistan’s digital entertainment landscape continues to evolve, we remain committed to leading that transformation and delivering world-class content that resonates with audiences across the country.”
